ok, I know the hose is not pictured, so we should check here have known better, but what you Tümpel pictured is everything that you get. The shower head is great, once you get it installed.
The only thing is that the fixed handle that holds the handheld showerhead, needs a redesign. I can't tell you how many times the pressure has launched the device from the fixed location and colored my bathroom with water.

The pad was on the wall and pieces of the shower head were at my feet and in my hair. I loved this shower head but if it is going to explode I won't Beryllium buying this again. I have 2 small kids, one being 5 and the other 1 year old. I am glad it blew up on me and not on me hours before when I welches givinging my kids a bath. DO NOT BUY THIS SHOWER HEAD!!!
